Of course not, that is why I am posing the question. I don't get how it is a prime canidate for a buyout when the prcie is 20% off of Icahn's price. Every if Apple were to throw a price at them it would NOT be a premium of say 26 or even 30... Double todays valuation. That would be insane.

Thus, i just don't understand how it could be a canidate for a buyout ? Would Apple offer 23 -24 ? Just trying to learn this part of it...
