original value of series A was $2,532,353.88 @ .21 with 12,058,828 share. Don't know except perhaps the A warrants may have been repriced to amount now too 13,232,852 , but basically we're talking about 2 1/2 mil bucks, so with 62,500,000 share the rate they got was 0.0408 per share.
