Should Judge Casper deny ATVI MSJ we would all agree this could jump between $0.30 to $0.50 in a matter of days. But how many retail investors on the ups would unload their shares for a decent return before the next catalyst? I guess having a large position of shares would be ok to sell and reserve another percentage for a potential future markman hearing. I would really like feedback from experienced investors as to what your position is today compared to a few months ago. Someone recently asked the writer/publisher, Edva, as to what their current position was after the 10/17/13 hearing under advisement. Would be nice to know since there is so much effort put into his/her analysis. Good luck to WDDD and it's investors.
