I have clients at various stages..pages...of the sign-up process. None have been completed 100%...thus not one has coverage 1/1/14.

That was one client that got stuck on the THIRD page. It has been stuck there for 4 days...stating that the answers to the security questions can not be the same.

They are Asian food, a phone number, and a city in Vietnam....not even remotely related. Yet it insists that two or more of the answers are the same. The WEBSITE IS A POS.
