Pure H20 Bio-Tech Inc (fka PRHB)

Hi,
Sorry for the delay. Sometimes I have to stop trading and make a real living.

It is quite a mystery with PRHB. I called the company and a Rob Marseglia returned my telephone call. I was out of town so it took a few days for me to call him back.

He says his company Pure H20 Bio-Technologies, inc. is a privately owned company and has no stock nor a stock symbol. I asked him about PRHB - I checked with Nasdaq which says they do have stock outstanding that is their symbol and company name. While Precision IR gives you an annual report for most companies on Nasdaq for this one they say call the company and get a financial report for them because they don't send out annual reports for PRHB.

Is this a carousel I am on? Never come across anything like this before.
