I don't know how this can easily be dismissed as some are trying to do. Sure, it's in his/their past but it still happened.

Now with that said, it doesn't make sense to me for Mr. Hershman to become associated with the company and the Doc given his reputation.

Why would he sacrifice everything he's done his entire life for a scam? It doesn't look like he'd need to be in on a scam. If anything, and this is what I choose to believe, it shows the Doc may have learned something from the past and is ensuring this company goes legit.

And no, this is not contradictory to statements I've made in the past holding Hershman to account this past year along with the other board members and CEO. I still can't dismiss how all of them allowed Hanover to happen before getting off their arses, but I also know that a ship takes time to turn around. So I reserve a small amount of benefit of the doubt for Mr. Hershman.

Clearly his level of engagement has increased in recent months hence the elevation to Chairman from just being a Director.

A lot of things still don't add up completely for me yet but I still can't come to reconcile Hershman wasting his time at SVFC.
