Indeed. My first impression as well. I called the OTC Markets at 212.896.4420 and drilled for info on the "data hit," "glitch," and other unofficial announcements being made on the forum on why trading started and then suddenly stopped. When quizzed, there were no answers to the questions whatsoever. All is "We do not know." When asked how was it that there is no announcement on the OTC Markets web site, the reply was that the server outage prevented that. Back ups were mentioned but why the delay and the dribble of trades?

OTC Markets have their own servers and redundancy built in for these occasions. How is it that it suddenly failed when the order flow coming in was big mainly for FMNA stocks?
