This is what I got from Ameritrade Live Chat:
The shares are not trading. Pink List, the electronic services used for BB/Pink Sheet markets is having a technology issue, so market centers are accepting orders and allowing cancels to be entered, but the tentative schedule for trading to begin today is Noon, EST.

DD = can prove to be Deep Deception so be careful. When DD is used to speculate and 1 out of 50 end results speculated come true there is not much science to it so be careful. Following Due Diligence on a Board on a penny stock is risky at best and riski
