I do not know who the seller is. I've been told a name, but have no way to verify. I know from the filings that shares were issued at .001 before Seeker got involved, and those shares are old enough to be free trading.

If one looks at the volume, there is no wholesale dumping. I speculated that the day we traded a half million or so shares was Carlton dumping. I have seen nothing to show that was not the case.

I have no idea how many of the .001 free trading shares may be left. I have heard that he is pissed that the sp is so low, so he obviously has some left if that is the case. I hope he gets upset enough to just dump and be done with it. Let someone else have the shares who will keep them rather than just dumping at the first opportunity.

I would like an update from the company. It has been awhile.
