Mr. B, good morning! I have sent a email to David Cutler, and will reply back with any responses. I have owned Zlue for a long time, and actually had conversations with Cutler before. He seems like a stand up guy, and seems like he is always doing the right thing for shareholders. I love this company only because where else can you and me find a cleaner shell? I say nowhere.

Here is the email:

Hi Mr. Cutler,

Not sure if you remember me but I'm Howard, and we spoke on a few occasions. I am writing to inquire if you can give me any updates on the status of Zulu Energy. Are the filings being worked on? What is the outstanding share amount? Are you planning on releasing an update soon? Any merger or buyout news? IS the shell for sale?

All I am asking for is for you to tell me what you can, without divulging any insider information obviously.
