Advanomics being the parent company will utilize the grants to best suit the advancement of the drug. And even though Advanomics received the grant SBFM should benefit also, since the Drug in question is owned by SBFM. I personally do not like the division of companies and believe this to be a tax advantage maybe ? I wish they would just combine the two into one entity.
