Please tell the shareholders here what the upside is to a CEO admitting he lied to them, and that the unaudited financial statements from the Company we also falsified so that GDSM could dilute the shares (CEO's words) and steal more investors money.

Please tell shareholders how not having Corporate Tax returns for over 5 years has an upside. Please tell shareholders how a $4.9M judgment against GDSM has an upside.

Please tell shareholders how Bubblin Crude defaulted (According to GDSM) on the proposed agreement, when clearly GDSM duped them for $20K as well, and is probably in for yet another lawsuit they simply cannot win.

Please tell shareholders there is an upside to paying an almost bankrupt Company Officers nearly $25K per month in salaries to do absolutely NOTHING but advise their shareholders they lied & stole from them.
