Ctla, the buyout would explain why MVP has two members on the Board. If Przybyl was genuine about seeking a Libigel partner, then I can see one of MVP's Board seat going to the partner along with a percentage of their shares. This would lower the partner's cost, if and, when the trigger on a buyout was actually pulled.
