Sorry to interrupt, Buy if you don't find anything to cheer and you don't have substantial proof of your negativity, then why bother?. Unless and otherwise proven with facts and evidence, everything what you say -ve and someone else say +ve is baseless rumor.
Its easy to trash a company when it's having a downtrend and the same goes about praising in uptrend. Try doing that in the opposite with proof.
