tesla, as I said before, I really think that PR and followed up "correction" wasn't just an innocent slip up, and if Floyd thinks that his "the Company apologizes for this inadvertent statement and will undertake to ensure that such mistakes don't happen in the future" will get him off the hook, he doesn't understand. The problem is that CEOs on OTC BB getting so emboldened with dilution, followed up R/S and then dilution again................they feel like Gods in their fiefdoms so they loose some sense of reality and don't understand how slim the red line is.I am pretty sure one of those ticked off investors already reported it to SEC. Let's wait and see I am pretty sure we will find out one way or the other, but what that will do to the share price, that is another story. IMO
