It was clearly repeated in Conference Call by Quirk!!! (October, 15th) …and reminded by me few days ago that he changed November 1st deadline to Thanksgiving

Correct, this is not news. We have known this since the 15th of October. Along with the expected completion of the IH deal and reason for the hold up regarding the Casino which does make sense from a business perspective.

I gauranty, no deals by Thanksgiving there will be a lot of people here wanting answers.

Know what you have invested in. Call it a scam if you want. KQ has serious credentials along with the BOA he has brought in here. That is why the pps is up not because of this IMO:

The only reason STKO is up, because of the BOGUS Letter To Shareholders just before RS!!!

Also not sure what you missed here:

I only expect two updates by company in coming weeks - Name Change and Authorized Share Decrease!!! …and these updates are not going to move pps a single tick!!! Of course any update going to be pumped, but there is nothing to cheer about.

In my opinion Hellwig is better scum artist than Joe Canouse!!! …and Quirk just joined them. LOL All three of them are onboard, as of now!!!

Hellwig is gone his 6 months of $10k payments is up. Don't like Canouse, don't buy the stock....company has handled the RS pretty well so far for most and cleaned up a pretty ugly structure/debt IMO. Hard to smear KQ at this point seeing as he has a record of company creation and building value but true that remains to be seen as to the success here......He is working on a deferred salary if you missed it check the 8K. Not reasonable & completely unfounded to call him a scam artist at this point.
