Here is the problem with your argument, OC. If every shareholder in the world has to visit Peter's office to view these documents or proof of financing, then the PPS will never go anywhere...We need filings and verifiable proof...how else is the PPS going to move?

Asking people to go to the office to see for themselves is the most idiotic thing I have ever heard of...how about international investors... should they all fly to Fort Lauderdale before investing?
