The bias of the poster may indeed have an effect, as the contrary proposition, to:

"Don't hold your breath for Rich to step up - his money is safely stashed offshore."

... could be construed as:

"Hold your breath for Rich not to step up - his money is safely stashed in a US Bank."

which doesn't have the same Libelous undertones, does it??...

Touting nonsensical and unsupported statements like Schoffer did, won't land you in Court on charges of DEFAMATION and neither is SEC ever likely to bother, as they have far more important tasks they're not even able to tackle right now...

DEFAMATORY statements are far more pernicious, potentially, than senseless Touting... BTW, I am not a fan of McBride, whom has caused a great disservice to SEVU and I only use this example because it's true, simple, short and nasty....
