We know the "who" as it was evidently in the data base preparation stage and has JBs fingerprints all over. The questions that remain are...Was it accidental or Purposeful. If accidental, errors and ommissions nsurance. If it was purposeful.....well OH BOY.
IMHO..it will never be proven to purposeful....although biopharm is hot on the trail!!!
