Obviously, it isn't meaning a rise in share price yet.

I think that it will move up a bit IF the seller that has been dumping into the bid for weeks would just give it up for awhile.

If the seller wants to keep at it, the share price will go nowhere at all unfortunately.

I invest in companies that I think will make me money. And everything I say is just my opinion.
