Statistically, it makes sense to wager $0.02, to win $1, if the odds are better than 50:1 (more or less)

Capted- care to provide an experienced opinion? Assuming that the PPS would go to $1, are the odds for finding a $2,000,000,000 jackpot on site #3 better than 50:1?

However, the scent of gold could move the PPS up multiples. IMO, just news of an approved #3 permit will move the PPS. So, another consideration is just playing the issuance of the permit. If the PPS goes to .05, we pretty conservative odds to justify buying at ,02

Alas, it's all moot with regard to site #3, until a permit is in hand.
Winter is about 3 weeks away. I hope the divers have thick wetsuits (or, drysuits).
