Capital levels continue to improve.

The Tier 1 Capital ratio and Total Risk Based Capital ratio were at 7.0 percent and 11.3 percent, respectively, at 6/30/13. These ratios improved to 7.2 percent and 11.4 percent at 9/30/13.
