Sure, belief about sums it up IMO. Could be a trillion in a big pile on the ocean bed, but until you can legally get a permit to recover it there are those that think it won't be issued I suppose.

Seafarer has done "all" the right things, in the right way. To each his own, I have seen enough to believe that this is going to have one heck of happy ending. Some may still be in on the happy ending, but it won't be as happy as mine!! lol
