Help in Posting a Video in the iBox --

My apologies if this is already a question that has been answered. I am a moderator on the LKEN board and I'd like to embed a YouTube video in the iBox where someone can automatically see the video and press play upon visiting the page (not just have a link to the YouTube video).

I looked at the FAQ's regarding imbedding videos into messages at: http://ihwiki.advfn.com/index.php?title=FAQ:Composing_Posts#How_do_I_embed_a_Youtube_video.3F.

Unfortunately this won't work for me for two reasons:

1. I would like to post the video in the iBox and not as a message. I don't see a feature allowing me to do that.

2. According to the FAQ's mentioned above one should locate the part of the YouTube URL between v= and the ampersand? and place that between [yt][/yt]. The problem is that the video I want to embed: (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7F7xnrYXo5A), does not have an ampersand.

This is probably something that has a very quick fix but I am lost on how to go about this.

If anyone knows, please help.
