Sam is right, the NT-10K was filed today which was 90 days after the end of their fiscal year. Nov. 13th at the end if the trading day is the latest they can file the 10K, as per SEC RULES

I've never heard of any company having longer than 15 day and not being flagged as late.
If you have a link to that info I'd love to read it, changes happen and I must have missed that one.
