Really? Yesterdays PR says CellAd is a "wholly owned subsidiary" of WDAS.

HILARIOUS-Look at the PR put out 10/28/2013 as to who owns CellAd, the scam company that Andrew Austin created 1 day before resigning from WDAS so Vince and his buddies, Sean and Tali could take over and dilute 200M shares as it was being promoted to .09 back in early March, but like all good scams the price fell to sub-penny. Now Vince has clearly paid for another promotion with all the "new interest."

I guess Vince and Sean feel like they're untouchable because they're claiming the PR is from Dublin. Too funny!

How can it be a "wholly owned subsidiary" if Vince owns 50% and Sean owns 50%?

Vince and Sean put out BS like that but in an OTC disclosure claim that one of Vince's scams and 1 of Sean's scams owns CellAd.

Vince has never been one to be able to keep all his lies straight, that's why he is on his third scam public company in the last 5 years. All he has ever done is sell shares.
