Nothing Strange about it. One poster did their DD and called the DR Government. If I recall correctly from that post. There is a back log in the Government Conservation Lab and one of the Ministries. Therefore things are backed up by the DR Government not DPBE.

The Treasure is sitting in a Government Conservation Lab. When the DR Government is ready, there will be a Division and things will be back to normal.

Until DPBE is allowed by the DR Government to release details of a Division and all the Treasure and Priceless Artifacts that DPBE receives, the share price won't move one way or the other. At least not very far in my opinion.
