IMO the only reason you havent seen the dump is because Asher is protecting their interest. THey most likely got in at .00018 this time. They run all the 0002s out and they are left with 0001 and no bid as the next level. Asher is financially savy enough to wait for the bid to climb to 0003 before they start to dump.
Give Asher some credit, they are greedy, but not ignorant.
