Thanks, Surf. I think CVP is the key here. I've called CVP several times and even left 2 messages with John Fife. Heard nothing back and I don't expect to. I just wanted some details for the deal. You have to wonder why there is so little information... Here are the things I like about this company:

1. They still file full 10Ks and keep current with all financials even though they are not required to do so. This shows honesty and transparency. Things I look for when I invest.

2. They made an SEC filing about the deal with CVP. This would be silly to lie about. Such an easy red flag to catch and a huge risk if caught.

3. CVP is a real company that has a good track record.

Time will tell with ECOS. I'm looking forward to more PR about the production process with the D-20 for Korea and really looking forward to that next annual report so we can find out the deal CVP. I'm holding long!
