i agree you post is truly a piece of great work.
would you consider that maybe a lot of this has been already agreed withe the FDA and BIG PHARMA and that is why we are seeing this doling out of shares with the aid of the ATM.
we all have to agree that somebody is accumulating pphm yet it hasn't moved more then the 10 cents spread.
i would like to suggest that each of big pharma is being allotted a certain amount of shares at said price and so as to be fair to all.
