EMIS used to strike me as a company that never did anything right. But the recent court victory over LLY suggests that they are worth a second look. I plan to listen to their JPM webcast over the weekend.

EMIS’ CEO says some unflattering things about MNTA, by the way, but I guess that's not surprising.
