As I see it now, the only contenders are the BPs with the Big Purses. Right now, they have that Transwhatever consortium who most likely is deciding how to cut the pie.

My thought was to open the race to all contenders who have the werewithal and ability to get PPHM to market. As it is, they don't have the cash to sit at the poker table and watch the BPs raise the ante, effectively knocking them out of the game.

With BPs getting their way with small Biotechs for as long as they have, what do you think their reaction would be if they know that money wouldn't be the first consideration?

What about Google's Calico, or the Gates Foundation? Both have more money than Scrooge McDuck and his three cubic acres. All that is missing is a marketing/distribution system, and its a brand new ballgame.

The possibilities are only limited by your imagination.
