Because I have the freedom to make choices based upon the information presented and am not easily swayed one way or the other by "parlor tricks."

If I felt it was a clear violation of SEC rules(which I am still on the fence about) I would first bring the information to IR and await their response.

Based upon the response,I might bring it to Kim's attention.

As he is both an attorney and CEO,I would definitely pay attention to his interpretation/s.

Filing with the SEC is not something to be taken lightly;however you are free to do as you choose.


KBLB....more than just a ticker symbol.
