What I can tell with my limited chart knowlegde, is lower highs each time, accompanied by dilutive selling blocks.
If you just look at volume, you would have to consider that the lower volume at 0.01 (f.e. 5M) compares with 500M at .0001 (or 100M at .0005 to make it more specific). It gives the same in $-worth.
Given an unchanged share structure I might agree on these charts, but as the company is diluting every quarter, I don't see it happen to "rebounce" to highs above .01 only based on charts.
With a current estimated O/S of 1 billion (and growing), this would give a market cap of 10M on a penny already (not even talking dollars or even .22 as some people do here). Don't see that happening.
Sure hype can come, but there was some hype several times already, but it did not lead to breaking last highs. You mentioned the tops yourself already, always lower than previous time.
If this company is not delivering news of real substance, i.e. a real start with production with real results, I strongly believe this is going nowhere. It already had some pumps a few times, it will not work endlessly.
All IMO of course.
