First of all the BoD will not survive another election......They will be booted for doing nothing, maybe that is what they wanted. Do nothing but collect few shares........Hedgefunds do not wait for 20 year returns....they want their money now.....so very soon something will change.....The Nol's right......We could have purchased something and not affect the Nol's, even a bank......Nols. heck we had 8.x billion in OL we did not do anything with so waiting around for Nols yeah we are waiting till 2030 when they mature..............
