Thanks Rick. I always appreciate your posts as well as Krak's. I believe you both are equally intelligent and it's always nice to see opposing viewpoints from great minds on a topic.

If this potential deal falls through I think we all have to start wondering if there really is something valuable in this property. Over 10 years and nobody's wanted to mine it? Doesn't seem likely.
