I made money buying shares and pfds when Rosen was still our guy
(representing WMI v JPM and FDIC)

I made money selling and buying - not quite trading

Then I got caught with way too much stock the day the judge insanely said the GSA is good and then later that all money went to FDIC and JPM and bondholders again and again

So I hope you are right - but what I see is the NOL - and I expect because GS and others want something ok to happen - that NOL will be sold for just under 1B divided by shares now greater then original by those issued to BOD
