Btw TTDZ's last R/S took place about 3 years ago~ (11/18/2010) ..since then TTDZ is working profitable (Triton has reported increasing NetProfits for nearly 3yrs now!) and almost no more dilution occurred during those last 3 years(!), O/S-#s increased just a little bit, that's almost nothing compared to most of those ugly 'dilution-pigs'(!) out there @OTC-market, check it out yourself please:

O/S end of 2010: 220m vs O/S end of 2nd Quarter 2013: 553m! (Unchanged for several Quarters yet!)
O/S unchanged since 2012(!) thus far!! I think that's great News, isn't it!? ;)
