I hope you're right. That looks like a snippet from the announcement made before the CC. The way I heard the language in the CC it sounded like the language about the closing date was getting vaguer. It's a common tactic to not just contradict a previous announcement but to be a bit vague and ignore the prior date. Just my opinion but I'd be surprised of we close anything before thanksgiving.
