Not so sure if they 'decide' when the bottom is in, so much as decide when they can't shake anymore weak shares loose, profitably.
Same difference, I guess.
I like how BATS sits there with 25K on ask, even though it's as fake as a stripper's boobs. Might as well go with a 40DDD and put 100K up there, since fake is fake.
