And you think the REGULAR customer, not the INVESTOR CUSTOMER reads PRs on the company? Get a grip man. THEY DON'T. Plain and simple.

Unless your investing in the company and you read PRs and message boards, you would not know where to find the customer service phone number.

Are you guys really this out of touch with reality?
