I just went on the two out plan tonight. Maybe since I got off the free trial they will have better service. 8 days so far is a long time to wait for a shipment to the Dallas area for a movie to get here that was shipped on the 11th. Maybe I will be wasting my money renting with this service if that is what you call service. I have 5.5 million shares and so far I think the service sucks. Tell it like it is.
