because according to the rumors the RS should have happened on the 20th/21st according to the paperwork that was supposed to be filed. It never happened because it was never filed, there will be no RS.

Also I am showing strong accumulation of SBRH at these lower pps ranges. Volume is around 50-100 mil a day, I would hardly say that is low volume.

Accumulation happens quietly. Big volume and PPS surge will come when PR is released.
