Just to verify, you are using an iPhone or iPad correct?

Please can you adjust your notification settings for the iHub app.

Turn on all the notifications. A few users report the app working correctly only after enabling all notifications.

Set "Alert Style" to Banners (None, Banners, Alerts).

Then try again to log in. Does it work correctly now?
