Best anti-spyware program around is hitman pro (www.hitmanpro.nl)
The site is in dutch though (but you'll figure out the download button I suppose ;). The program will automatically download and install multiple anti-spyware programs like ad-aware, spybot search & destroy, spyware doctor & some others. If you don't trust it, do some research on the web, I guarantee it's the best!
If you run the program it will run all programs in a sequence, and at the end give you a report of the process. It might take a while on slower computers before all is finished.
