I have spoken extensively with management and have met them face to face. I have full confidence in their ability to turn this around. Some of this selling could be from the concessions we eliminated last year. My beef with management at this point is there need to put more news out. I know Peter keeps news close to the cuff so to speak but I am sure they have plenty to report as of now. We are rolling out 2 other cities I am sure some leases have to be signed by now and update on the mobile integration. Maybe some strategic alliances, all the things he mentioned in his CC after earnings.
