PBSV may yet appreciate from here as the multiple is still low. Some concerns that led to selling are:

1. The Puerto Rico budget issues could have a negative effect upon them although it isn't clear how much of an effect it could have on them.

2. Earnings growth seems to have slowed although there still is some mild revenue growth. How much they will continue to grow is a question although they do have a good history of growth.

3. The company has always had a low multiple. What multiple is the market willing to ultimately give them is a question.

PBSV is not a bad hold from here as there still is potential. However, we decided to sell it in the SwingTrade Portfolio. We did make over 300% on our initial purchase of PBSV so we are quite happy with the return!
