NYSE & OTC are...BPNDX is at 59% it tops out at 80ish...52% would be the 3 box reversal back down and set it up all over again as or if it moves lower...but reverses back up to make a higher low...

who knows...i have no crystal ball..but talking about other BP's is incorrect..NYSE & OTC are the key major BP"s PERIOD...

they are 46 and 43 respectively..in excellent field position...not even at the 50 yard line yet<VBG>
