I don't know if the 6% interest is yearly or quarterly but if you take 2,500,000 x 6% that equals 150,000 like I said don't know if that is yearly or quarterly. if it is yearly years it is smart business for using it as a rental on the interest instead of buying it out wright. in my opinoin
