The $BPCOMPQ crossing above 45 places it in over bought area
based on data going back to 1996.IMHO.

One should be looking for a turn like Dec 2, 2002.

The most interesting point is

"Does the Nasdaq turn before or after exceeding Dec 2, 2002 High" ???
